    We’ll connect with you over a 1-hour strategy call and discuss a mood board to clarify your style. You’ll work with a professional brand designer and client success manager to ensure everything is up to your expectations.

    Instead of taking months or years to create the perfect brand, our “quick-style” services are speedy quick and completed in just 15 days.

  • Yes! We are happy to include additional services at an additional cost. Just let us know what you would like to include in your message to us and we would be glad to talk through the details.

  • Yes! Websites are normally covered in our next up branding package or it can be an additional service added at an additional cost. We can cover all the details of your unique project when you send us a message to talk through your project.

  • 1) Message - Send us a message with the form below and we’ll promptly reach out to learn more about your project.
    2) Initial Call - We’ll give you a quick call to talk through the project scope, pricing, and details, and answer any questions you may have.
    3) Proposal/Contract - From there we’ll send over a proposal outlining what we talked about.
    4) Strategy Call- Once the proposal is signed and the first payment has been paid, we’ll kick off your project with a 1-hour strategy call and walk through our design process.

  • PROPOSAL:
    After we talk through your project over a brief call, we’ll quickly send over a proposal for you to review and sign. Payments and pricing are discussed during our initial call and will also be outlined in the proposal so there are no surprises.

    BOOK YOUR DESIGN WEEK:
    Once the proposal is signed and the first payment is paid, you will secure your reserved design week(s).

    FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    We are flexible to discuss what payment method works best for you. Our typical payment methods are:
    1) pay the full retainer rate upfront
    2) pay a monthly retainer rate until the project is complete
    3) pay 50/50 at the time the project begins/ends

    ADDITIONAL PROJECTS:
    We are happy to accommodate additional services. If you realize that you have additional projects you need to complete, we will create an additional proposal/contract for those projects.

    NO SURPRISES:
    We are very open and transparent in our work, so you will never have to worry about a surprise invoice from us. We are happy to discuss project costs upfront (verbally) and send over a proposal/contract via email (written). We will not complete any work until the proposal/contract is signed.

    REFUNDS:
    1) Due to the nature of this being a digital service, projects are non-refundable once completed.

    2) Once your design week is booked and payment has been sent we are already getting things prepped for your first class brand week(s). If there is a necessary cancellation or you need to reschedule your design week, you will be required to pay a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $500.

    3) During the project, if there is a necessary cancellation, you will be required to pay for the completed portion of the work.

  • Depending on the project, you may fill out a brand questionnaire. But rest assured, everything that’s needed for your project will be fully addressed during the strategy call.
